Flat rate delivery within GTA: $89.99

Every order is delivered between two and four business days. An email confirming the order placement will be sent. You will receive an email with shipping and email details as soon as your order has been processed. We are unable to alter the shipping address once your product has been dispatched or is about to be shipped. If you submitted the wrong shipping information when placing your order, please get in touch with us right once.

Two services are available from us: If there is no barrier to wheel passage, the product will be delivered curbside (without off-loading) at the garage or driveway. Sultan Stone disclaims all liability for any damages sustained following curbside delivery. 2. Delivery with offloading, which entails bringing the product into the house’s main level only. Before putting the order, you can debate these two possibilities with the salesperson.

Your order’s delivery costs will be computed and shown automatically at checkout. For assistance, please get in touch with us if you are informed at checkout that an item might not be delivered to your address.

*Monday through Thursday orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day.

PICK-UP

We provide you with the option to conveniently pick up your order in one to two business days. After your transaction is complete, you should receive an email confirmation containing all the required information. After that, our hardworking staff will quickly process your order and make sure it’s prepared for pickup.

We will notify you via email when your order is prepared for pickup after it has been processed. We’ll also give you a call to discuss any particular instructions or requests you may have and to kindly remind you.
